Tactical Planning 

 

Essential to accomplishing your board's goals is building an accompanying tactical plan that supports the board’s strategic plan.  

 

A tactical plan intricately plots out the work to be done on each strategic goal for the upcoming year.  This plan ensures accountability at every level of your organization.

The Workshop

This full day of planning is conducted with all staff so that they are fully invested in the plan. 

 

We will take a look at your board's strategic plan and dissect what needs to be done in the upcoming year to work towards accomplishing each goal.  Deadlines will be set and the lead person will be identified for each step.

 

A comprehensive working document is delivered at the end of this session.
